Ultimately the main distinction that should try to make it whether you have common bermuda vs a hybrid bermuda. Main difference is seedheads and size and spacing of the leaf blades. Just Google some pics.

Otherwise the practices of maintaining either common or hybrid variety are fairly similar. There can be some different application rates of PGR if you end up going down that rabbit hole in the future. And most would agree that you'll get a better looking lawn with a hybrid variety vs common, but a well maintained common bermuda still looks good imo.
