What is the board’s opinion on the best herbicide to kill anything and keep it dead?

Thanks

I went to the co op in Loranger a while back and asked the same question. The lady showed me this product called Spike. She couldn’t believe that it was still on the marker. You can find it on the internet.

That’s what AL fan Harvey Updike used to poison and kill the 80 year old oak trees at Toomer’s Corner on the Auburn campus. Damn shame - I remember those trees.

Spike 80-DF
It is what the shithead bammer fan harvey updike (yes I did not capitalize on purpose) used to poison the Toomer's Corner oak trees.
It basically poisons the soil so nothing will grow for years.
If you use it, you better be damn sure you don't want anything to grow in a pretty good sized area around where you apply it. It leaches through the soil as well.

ETA: I posted before I saw Crawdude's post.
Not trying to hijack you. Much respect for your knowledge and advice on here.
I just remember how pissed I was when I learned what that idiot had done, and that herbicide has stuck in my mind ever since.
On a side note, I am surprised you can still buy it without some sort of license/permit.
That is some powerful stuff.
