Looking for options on replacing my Japanese yews that have not rebounded after the freezes earlier this year. They are running along my fence line and would like to have something that grows quickly to fill in and create a nice hedge that will block the view of the fence. Any advice on what you have used that turned out great?

Location is Houston

Bigfoot cleyera, linebacker distyliums, or viburnums.

Meta Japanese Yews performed better, if you like that look.
