Next door neighbor used them to build a 6' privacy fence. They didn't check property dimensions before setting posts, they just went off what the neighbor said. Didn't look at a plot plan or check for survey stakes. They set fence posts 2' onto my property. Needless to say, I had them move the posts.

That tells me that they don't really know what they're doing. I built fences in high school and knew the basics of finding property lines...
