1. Pay for lawn service (Standard 6-8 per year, fertilizers, lime, pre emergent etc.)
2. Started becoming overrun with Annua Poa
3. Can I put Image on top of what lawn are has already put down?

Any other tips?
Thanks for any help.

You got the name flip flopped. Prevention is the key. Fall and winter application of pre em (specticle, simazine, etc). Bermuda (only while dormant), st aug and centipede can be treated with certainty/atrazine. You can’t use atrazine after April 15th. Bermuda that is greening/greened up can be treated with monument. Monument can’t be used on centipede or st aug
