Aluminum front porch railings | NOLA

My front porch faces south and the elements have taken a toll on my railings and steps (rotting / warped wood)

Looking to replace the wood stairs with brick soon, but does anyone have recommendations on material and installers in the NOLA area for the front porch railings?

I need to repaint the porch as well- any thoughts on the order of operations here (repaint porch, replace rails, brick steps)?
