Had to move for work somewhat suddenly in 2019/2020. Bought a simple basic house planning to upgrade house and land in a few years after getting settled in.

If I had a time machine, I’d go back and buy twice the house, but oh well, guess we’ll just keep saving money, enjoy the 2.5% rate, and deal with the space issues.
