19-6-12 and 11-7-7 … how to use?

So I found a few half bags of the above…. What type of plants is this good for?
I’ve got Lilly of the Nile, crepe Myrtle’s, lantana, and some evergreen shrubs

You can use those on annual & perrenial herbaceous plants, woody shrubs, trees…..all the plants you mentioned. The back of bag of the fertilizer will typically provide guideline on how much to apply, and can range from a couple tablespoons for smaller plants to couple cups or more for larger, older trees and shrubs.
