Why is RCD's thread about the victims' families forgiving anchored?

That was truly powerful, moving, and emotional. And it gets anchored? Man, I know you guys have to keep it strict, especially on that board, but some things are best left untouched, and I believe that thread was one of them.

Can you edit the thread title for this Gaming board thread to the following.....
Batman: Arkham Knight Discussion Thread
The game is about to release monday night and it woukd be ideal to still keep it in that thread and the OP is currently banned so he can't edit the title himself. Of course, it would be fantastic if he was unbanned as he's truly sorry for his offense but that's your call.
