Weird things happening on mobile

When switching boards on mobile, the page will load to look like this.
Happens pretty frequently. I can refresh and it will load fine most of the time, just thought I would point the issue out.

Yeah boards arent fully loading and they're loading very slowly.

I thought it was just my phone. Same thing has been happening to me.

Mine has been doing that, only without any color, graphics, fonts, etc.
