getting the same warning since the OSX update Friday night.
Specifically it says:
"Safari warns when a website uses TLS 1.0 or TLS 1.1. These are not secure." or something to that effect. I would not like me copy and paste.
It is part of that OSX security upgrade Friday IMHO.

what version of OSX are you using? I am on High Sierra (10.13.6) and do not get a message like that.
