Only happens on TD. Using safari on iPhone 12. It’s happened about 5 times in the last week. Never noticed it before then. It’s pretty frustrating.

Just a guess, but your phone may be running out of memory or have bad/corrupt cached data for this site, which is forcing a constant refresh.
If you want to try something first to avoid clearing all of your cookies, give this a shot:
Settings > Safari > (scroll all the way down) Advanced > Website Data
Click Show All Sites.
Scroll until you find tigerdroppings.com, or search for it at the top.
When you find it, swipe it left and click Delete.
Then back out and sign back in as usual.
If this doesn't work, next you may want to try clearing (all) history and website data, but be warned that if you delete those cookies, you'll have to log back in everywhere.
