Request For the Reinstatement of Sir Winston

I have no idea why Sir Winston was banned, but he seems like a decent poster to me. At least he debates the issues. You have punks on the PT Board who do very little outside of harassing and trolling certain other posters, but some of them are never reprimanded.
I'd like to see him back on the board.
