How do I reply to a post and have e the post i am replying to show as being quoted? If i hir reply their post does not show up.

Highlight the text you want to quote like the picture shows then click the quote function. I think that's what you're asking for.

Thanks for the help. Sorry y’all had problems with my wording. Wasn’t sure how to explain it when I was typing it. I am normally a grammar nerd, so I promise I normally make sense and spell, punctuate better than that.

Are you trying to get the post you're replying to show up like what I just did here? Is that what you were asking about?

The image I posted is the way I do it on my Samsung phone. Another option is to copy and paste what you want to quote. So, you would highlight what you want to show up in your post and copy it then click the quote button and paste into the prompt box and click ok. You can also use the preview button to see how the post will look before you submit it.
Unfortunately I'm not sure that I know a simpler way to explain this.
