Usually, there would be a private message on his screen....possibly an email.

I got a message once when i first started posting on here to stop posting. I was an idiot and posted the same thing on like 3 different boards, because well..i was an idiot. After a bit i wised up and could post again. Maybe he can simply wait it out, and not screw up again.
