New iPhone XS. TD only showing up in desktop mode. How do I get back to the phone mode?

Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the “view in mobile” link

When I hold the phone vertically it shows TD in mobile mode and it has a link at the bottom that lets me view in desktop mode. When I hold the phone horizontally it shows TD in desktop mode but there is no link at the bottom to view in mobile mode.
