May I please have my avi privileges back?

I'm not sure if I ruffled feathers here a while back or what...? Guess I had an avi that was a bit too big and received a message to change it. I didn't even change it, just took it down, but came here to ask questions about it and made a joke or two that I guess didn't go over well...?

Anyways, it seems that the site still won't let me have an avi. If that's the case, may I have my privileges back?

And would someone kindly tell me the easiest way to size the thing and paste it? Maybe I'm just doing it wrong now. Thanks again.
