Also, those of you a-feared over your precious post count can still paste pictures of Kige. You'll just look even stupider than before.

it will be on replies too...because we are also working on a Featured Replies section within a thread...

This sounds great.

Will all the replies within a thread be ordered such that those with the highest ranking will be listed first? Or maybe users will have the option of how they want to display the replies, a la Reddit (by best rating, chronological order,etc)?

How much of an impact will a thread's rating have in keeping it at the top of the first page? Will a recent comment still automatically bump the thread to the top?

I believe Reddit's algorithm takes into account net upvotes, overall activity, and maybe the time at which it was actually created.
