Should TD retire certain usernames and raise them to the rafters in the form of an e-plaque?

And if so, would the profiles of usernames of deceased posters that didn't warrant a "retiring" be deleted after a certain time period where the name could be used again?

What if I just decided to retire this name and start another, would this one go into the TD HoF?

How about a hall of rememberance for those posters who are no longer with us.

Then a separate list for of to identify the banned posters.
