I'm an old fart who relies on my granddaughter for IT support, so the following question is coming from a cumputer/IT novice. Is the described problem something that should be easily fixed? My perspective is that doesn't appear to be case for this site.

Chicken has thwarted pop ups in the past. My assumption is the same is occurring now.
