Token is not describing one's personal belief about race, it's more a descriptor of another's motive behind their decision process.
If Dr.who ever were a liberal, Rex wouldn't hold a negative view, since he is conservative, Rex does. To me that is obviously not racism, but more a bias of political leanings.

for the term cradle robber to be used, one person has to be older. Is a 3rd party using the term cradle robber an ageist? It's disparaging the basis of the relationship as being superficial. IE a Ringer- a term about the reason the company hired the guy.... to play softball.
