I’ve been getting it off and on for a few days. The website has generally been slow as well.

Been awful for me. It has been borderline in usable.

Yep. Can't access TD at all using Safari on iOS mobile.

Chrome is intermittent for me. Safari is still unusable.

I have not seen this issue, and I use Chrome on a macbook and safara on iOS...could issue be on your end?

Could be. Just rebooted my phone and Safari is working again.
