You should love that long arse hypo with explain all rights, that's partial credit heaven.

They only have so much time to ask for things, so one strategy maybe to do a quick blurb of all the rights and defenses first and then go back and provide detail. That way even if time runs out, the grader knows you at least spotted the issues, even if you don't get time to expound on them. When times runs, write "Time out" on your test (heck, even if time isn't really out). Remember, these are human grading this shite and oftentimes just average jackoff attorneys who are probably busy, distracted, couldn't care less, etc. One of the many things that suck dick about the bar exam.

One sure rule, if you can consistently run through the last 3-4 years exam questions with ease, you're in good shape.

There are so many ways that the exam could be improved. The part I hated like Hell was the rote memorization part. WTF? As if anyone sits in a void practicing law without any reference materials...
