is the pic uploaded online somewhere? like photobucket?
if so, copy the complete url. clink the img button when creating your post, paste the url in the img pop up promt, hit ok, then preview the post to make sure it worked.

he needs the Direct Link from that imageshack page but now they want you to register before they will give it to you.
you get around this by right clicking the picture and clicking View Image. Then it should appear by itself on the page. Right click that one and hit Copy Image Location. You now have the URL ready to paste on here.
