1) I haven't been around here long, but I've noticed it's very often the TONE one is using not necessarily the words, that get you in trouble. So I can call you a fricktard once, in passing, on one of the more volatile boards and be okay.

2) I don't think arguing with them is going to help much. So you use a lot of words that maybe others consider ignorant and unnecessary. No, they don't have the power to arrest you, but they can ban you from this site permanently. If you care to keep posting here, fall in line. No one's forcing you.

3) If you really have such a problem with their selective enforcement of the rules, maybe you should take your free speech elsewhere. But remember, hate speech that incites reasonable persons isn't allowed anywhere.

You can't yell 'fire' in a crowded theatre, and you can't use f*g on TD.com.
