Hey Admin, Is Arthur Bach banned?

Someone claiming to be Arthur Bach is trying to sell me football tickets.
I asked him to respond to my add and he said he is banned for 72 hours.
Can admin confirm whether this poster is banned, or I’m getting bullshitted by an imposter?

He has sent me numerous Venmo accounts
Sent me numerous Cashapp accounts
Sent me numerous Zelle accounts
I actually tried to send him $ and Zelle and Cashapp had him flagged.
There’s another one of these guys too. I added their info to the scammer alert thread.
