Help Larry Gooseman Get Back Online

Larry forgot his password, and his fatass got fired from the old folks home he worked at for stealing tapioca pudding and spying on the old men in the shower. His account was tied to that email.
He has requested assistance using a different email address. Is this his only path? Is there a backlog of emails or is he getting ignored for doing it wrong?
Any admin input is appreciated. Frankly, he's an incredible loser and those old men and TD were all he had in his life.
