Have any of you downloaded the new OS for your iPad?

The frames don’t snap to the edges, I have to keep manually do it in every bread I click. This sucks, how do I fix it.

Home page on TD won’t let you go to forums either.

Are you having this issue on any other sites? I’m encountering it here and there but TD seems to be the worst. What iPad are you using? I have the 9.7 Pro
