Has double clicking to highlight text been disabled?

Using IE 11 and it does not work on the site anymore. Works on all other sites though. Considering the whole point is to respond to posts, kind of silly to disable the means to quickly do this. If that is what the problem is.

not sure I understand and we didn't make any changes recently. I was able to double click your post on the reply page. Double click highlights a single word and then double click again to get the paragraph.
