Do we still have posting guidelines?

I don't see a sticky on it. Does anyone monitor the rant for some posters who start threads about literally every thought that enters their mind? Or post multiple threads about the same topic that could have easily gone in an already existing first page thread?
Is it too hard to police? Just curious. It can be really terrible over there. Don't see it much on any other board.

It makes me way more aggravated than it should when this happens and it happens a LOT on SECR.

It really is terrible. And if posters are to be believed, it's alters from other fan bases, but I actually don't know if I believe that. It does seem to me based upon posting patters, there are a few people posting under multiple accounts.
