Did the SECr Help Board die?

Earlier I could get to that board (SR Help) on mobile, but not on desktop.
Every help link on desktop took me to TD Help instead.
Cleared my cookies and cache, logged back in, and that fixed it.

Whelp, so much for my "fixes."
After anything I try, 24 hours later it's back to the same thing.
Every SR Help link on desktop (even in previous posts) takes me to TD Help instead.
