Why can't we post on their board, but they can post on the Tiger Rant?

Why does the LSU team page link Tiger Rant where other people can post, but LSU fans can't post on the SEC Rant team pages
ETA: I like that non LSU fans can post on Tiger Rant, I just would like to post on other pages too

Why are the other boards called the "Alabama Sports Board", "Arkansas Sports Board", etc. when the original (the Tiger RANT) is called the "Tiger Rant"? Why aren't the other teams' boards called the "Gump Rant", "Douche Rant", etc.
