Yes,I can upvote in desktop mode.

I turned my phone off and then back on and upvote function works again.

Are you logged in? Mobile TD now shows the upvotes when you aren't logged in unlike in the past when it didn't. And it doesn't let you vote when you aren't logged in.. obviously.

Yeah I'm logged in. It's only on safari as it works fine on chrome. Restarted my phone and no go.
