Can we get a standard disclaimer in OP of all hurricane threads?

Should be something like:

- only use official NHC info to make decisions
- everybody in this thread is a moron except rds, slackster and duke
- do not ask if your flight, vacation or other activity will be cancelled. Nobody knows.
- do not compare the track of current storm to any other storm. Prior tracks are irrelevant.
