Avatar Image, problems with software programming?

So twice in the past couple of days my Avatar image has stopped working when I check the setting I find:

in the image box. When I delete the message to just the image address it starts working again.

your image has "This Imageshack image has expired."

No I am not seeing that. I copied the exact working that was inserted into the image box. I deleted the wording that was inserted to show only the http for the image and the avatar started working again...
This is the second time I have made this correction. Not sure if it was yesterday or a couple of days ago that I made the prior fix.

imageshack has been garbage lately...if you have an imageshack account and are logged in, it might explain why you can see your image...
