Are topics discussed on local radio off limits?

I get removing/anchoring threads just complaining about the shows, but when an actual story pops up that originates from one of these shows, why is it deleted?

This morning a thread was started on the rant referencing a radio interview with Brandon Harris' high school coach. They discussed his recruiting (and why Parkway no longer allows Bama on campus) and Harris' play while at LSU. This thread lasted about a page and a half before it was removed.
ETA: There's even a thread dedicated to the coach and his words on recruiting on the RB.
