Anyone else having issues with mobile layout on Android?

On Android, TD all of a sudden no longer gives me a mobile mode.
It just shows in desktop mode, which is not really an option for this site.
My Chrome settings don't have desktop site turned on so I'm not sure why this just started happening.

It works fine on my Samsung internet...but maybe Chrome is just acting up
