Ad with music just popped up on the Rant (?)

Some ad with a couple NFL players popped up, not in a new tab or window, just right over top of the Rant a minute ago. Blasting some bad music too. If there is a place to vote against those from happening again count me in.

I have also noticed a change for the worse with the ads on here recently, from screen invading airline mile crap to pop ups on my phone

How do you get them to stop playing permanently? They're a PITA to keep going to the bottom of the screen and turning off.
