Ad jumping screen getting ridiculous.

Android phone user.
Doesn't matter what board i am on. I'm reading the board or a post, minding my own business when the screen jumps down to bottom of page where a survey just loaded in an ad space. Very annoying.

It happens on my laptop too (macOS / Chrome) and iphone too (Safari)

This has been happening to me often.
It's super annoying.
I will click out of a thread and sometimes I get sent to the bottom and sometimes not.
Doesn't seem to be a pattern that I could change.

I thought my computer/mouse was force-scrolling or something. Glad to see others see it too. I was about to throw my shite out the window.
