Chicken,
Would it be possible for you to setup a temporary board that can be used for people to get stuff off their chest, have an uplifting chat, etc?
The ot might not be the best place for people to go if they are in a spot where this has got them a little fricked up and they need somebody to talk to. We've likely got a bunch of people whose daily routine is all out of whack, and they will be looking for new ways to cope until life gets back to normal.
Maybe even just a stickied thread on the OT where it is perfectly clear that the bullshite is left outide
Yall be safe.

You should look into philosophy, psychology, and religious stuff to find something to ground yourself in. I suggest youtube channels Academy of Ideas (especially Nietzsche and Jung) and Like Stories of Old. That is some good starter fuel for discovering your true self instead of being totally consumed by all the previous ongoings that used to fill life.
The truth is this: The march of Providence is so slow and our desires so impatient; the work of progress so immense and our means of aiding it so feeble; the life of humanity is so long, that of the individual so brief, that we often see only the ebb of the advancing wave and are thus discouraged. It is history that teaches us to hope.

I wouldn't mind frequenting this board, even after the panic dies.
