Yoga spin off thread

Anybody do yoga on days they don’t lift. I have the ddp yoga dvds. Thinking about doing them on my off days. What’s y’all experience with this and did it help your lifting at all?

Cant recommend yoga enough. I do Ashtanga once a week. I describe it to everyone as excellent body maintenance. Definitely helps me with hip flexibility for squatting lifts ie. Snatch, ohs (im a crossfitter).

I came to xfit after yoga and I immediately noticed my yoga got better from the xfit strength gainz. Id bet anything the reverse would also be true

Good form of active recovery
