Anyone experience twitching across pretty much their whole body?
I take Adderall during the week at work and also drink 2-300 mg of caffeine a day, so I assume it’s due to over stimulation.
Google tells me I have ALS and will be gone in 3-5 years lol.
Anybody deal with BFS or just random twitching for whatever reason?

I have dealt with this for as long as I can remember, and probably longer.
I have no idea what it is. Most of my body will twitch randomly, but the real issue is my calves. I used to get cramps in football games no matter what. Proper hydration, pickle juice, magnesium, all the tricks, nothing would stop them. The trainer would try a few different remedies at half time as a preventative measure, but always around the 4th quarter cramps hit. I don't get charley horses anymore, but especially after a hard workout my calves almost look like liquid with how much and rapidly they are moving.
I'm a very nervous guy to begin with. I sleep insanely light if I'm anywhere other than my bed, always keenly aware of my surroundings, constantly checking how I'm feeling, etc. I've always chalked it up to my body being so active that exercise just kinda puts it over the top.
I have no idea what it is, but it's been happening for at least 15 years and I'm still here so,

Yes, I've dealt with it for as far back as I can remember. It seems to be worse in my forearms than anywhere else. Most of the time I can ignore it, but sometimes it's a nuisance.
