Truth. I joke with my health conscious friends that when I cheat on AIP, I do whole 30. Luckily, I’m not sensitive to night shades, so the two are closer for me than the two base programs. However, I can attest the AIP base program is tough.

It’s just a crash approach to Paleo
im as anti diet as anyone. But Whole 30 is a great exercise in exploring how much crap we eat. If done correctly it will reset your desire for sugars. I did it three years ago. I still incorporate more Whole Foods, drink all unsweetened drinks for the most part. Artificial sweetener tastes like a bag of assholes now
