lol im normally in pretty good shape. But do not compete or nowhere near competeting. Just eat right and work out 4-5 days a week. Usuallu sit around 152-155 during those times. If i get to 160 or more its because im eating unhealthy and over weight.

198. Up from 190 before the holidays.

I've got some work to do but I'm under 200, which is a win for me.

I have eaten foods like this, PLUS drank alcohol most nights, since sometime in November. And somehow the scale didn't give me a high number last night, after eating.

I'm thinking it must have been due to dehydration. No way I barely gained anything after the past 2 months.

Got back to the grind today.

I made a smoothie today. I then went to the grocery store and had an epiphany. Today was last vacation day. I ate five guys and got Oreos

There is something to this bulking thing. I'm up 10 lbs since Thanksgiving week. I have been eating a lot of homemade cookies. Like 10 lbs of cookies lol. But my bench is up those same 10 lbs on 5 sets of 5 as of last night. I'm calling that a win.
