It's common for there to be inches of sweat in them by the time I'm done. I once filled them.
I run with a guy that fills his shoes up. It's so bad that I thought he had run through a puddle.....
I ran yesterday evening. It was brutal hot and humid, but I don't start sweating bad until I get into the air conditioning. It's weird. Guess it is all evaporating when I'm outside.

I remember in 3rd grade when we learned the vocabulary word 'perspiration' the whole class turned and looked at me.
I work out in swimming trunks. After set 5 or 6 my shirt is usually soaked. I mean no dry spots whatsoever. I usually shed it and work out shirtless and drip all over the garage. It's like that year round.
I usually cut my grass in my shrimp boots. It's common for there to be inches of sweat in them by the time I'm done. I once filled them.
I'm a solid 10.
It's like reading a post I could have easily posted.
The worst is events where no one else sweats. I get a little forehead sweat and then I start thinking/getting anxious about it which only makes it 100000x worse. Before long it's noticeable. I got prescribed something to help curb it but I've never taken it because my dermatologist was all "be careful, this can cause a heat stroke"
I finally got in the routine of early AM workouts. I have to block out like an extra 20 minutes to lay in front of my fan after a shower or I would show up to work still sweating

4 or 5 I guess. I don't sweat much unless it's hot or I'm working out at high intensity for an extended length of time. The way it usually works is I don't sweat at all and then suddenly it's pouring off of me.
