Not really quoting you rio but to simply put it there is no “bar” whether from a grocery store or gas station that is healthy.

I can do carrots, eggs, jerky and yogurts and fruits.

I appreciate the reply’s, thanks gang!

Regular Snickers bar - 250 calories
Transparent Labs Protein bar - 280 Calories

Thanks for those calorie counts, ronricks.
The info I found said a 2-ounce Snickers bar has ~280 calories & a 2.11-ounce Transparent Labs Protein bar has ~270-280 calories depending on the flavor.

With the caloric difference being seemingly insignificant, would you like to compare the rest of the nutrition profile for those two products?

And for the people saying Cashews is a healthy snack, you can eat those and the protein bars at the same time, along with granola bars. None of those are healthy, especially if you are trying to drop fat.

Apples
Bananas
Almonds (not cashews or peanuts). I love the Cocoa (healthy chocolate) almonds. Delicious and great HEALTHY snack.

Well I'm slightly allergic to almonds... But I do like them. Tell me why not peanuts, the stats on them look fine.

Real Parmesan cheese is one often overlooked option. High protein and lower dairy content. Better for you than any packaged protein bar

What I'm trying to say is almonds are much better for you than peanuts if you are trying to lose weight. I try to eat a high protein diet and stay in a calorie deficit. Almonds help with this. Peanuts are high in calories.
