What do y'all think of Onnit's supplements?

Thinking of grabbing some Alpha Brain and Shroom Tech, but it's not cheap so wanted some feedback. TIA : cheers:

The owner at my local 5 star talked my buddy into buying a stack of SARMs and two weeks into it my buddy developed ulcers on his intestines.
That’s my only experience with them. Some of their supplements may be okay, but definitely don’t take their bro-science advice.

I've tried the free samples of New Mood and Shroom Tech Sport. Didn't really get much from New Mood, but STS had some very noticeable effects on my breathing while lifting and running. Think Onnit has some interesting supplements, but for the most part they're probably overpriced and overhyped. Might try the Alpha Brain soon.

Tried Alpha Brain and other than more lucid dreams, I couldn’t notice any difference.

Alpha Brain was good about 4 years ago but they must have done something to the formula because I don't feel the same effects as before. Shroom Tech sport is really good though, as is their Total Strength and Performance

Any other natural nootropic you’d recommend instead? I’m having a hard time filtering through all the BS in the online reviews.

I follow Joe Rogan and Onnit on Facebook so sometimes their advertising has free trials for their supplements posted on my feed.
