Took it for a few months for my knees. It’s a scam. But you might want to get a second opinion because I probably run a lot more than the average person, so I might not really feel the difference as much.

I use to take instaflex advanced..
Now I drink a cup of cherry tart juice every morning...it helps a lot with inflammation.

If you want to drastically reduce inflammation you should start eating Keto. The ketogenic woe is extremely anti-inflammatory to the point no drugs outside of opioids can attain.

I found that it helped me, but that doesn't mean it will help you. Best price/quality ratio I could find was from Muscletech. It's available cheapest through Amazon. It has a good bit of protein as well and is unflavored, so I used it to supplement instead of regular protein shakes with the added benefit of collagen.

I take it and it helps with joints, hair, and skin.
I use this one from Amazon:
Collagen Peptides Powder (16oz) | Grass-Fed, Certified Paleo Friendly, Non-Gmo and Gluten Free - Unflavored
Sold by: Sports Research
