This is helpful, thanks. What are thoughts on Nutrabio and 1st Phorm? I have heard good things about both of those but haven't tried either. I know 1st Phorm is pretty expensive.

Have tried neither one. I use to use ON because of the taste and supposed quality but switched back to true nutrition after I saw the study and stick to them almost exclusively.

Anyone tried the coffee flavor for True? Been trying to skip the coffee in the morning since I made my own preworkout and really miss the flavor.

It's ok, but honestly I am not a huge fan of any of the flavors except Cinnabun with extra cninnamon and Splenda. I drink it because of the quality only.

I like the caramel, coconut, choc coconut, chocolate, choc PB (non stevia), cookies and cream (non stevia)
Cinnabun was okay
Corner candy store is terrible
Going to try the vanilla, mocha, and lemon cake on next order

Iso 100 is far superior to ON Gold Standard at roughly the same price ($1.11 per serving vs $1.00 per serving)

That is a good link showing a lot of the major brands and how they tested, realize not all brands have been tested or ranked. Myprotein which is similar in price to truenutrition tested very well.

ASCENT,very few ingredients. You can purchase on amazon. Mix vanilla with of or lemonade for president work out...delicious. this is easy to drink with water alone.
