Im very fat and sad. 5'7 215 now. I have been going to the Y for cycling classes but the playlist is very boring. I also need to avoid someone who works there.
Are yall part of any other gyms? God group exercise classes?
I want to hit a target weight of 180. Im trying to find a good diet too. Cutting carbs is the hardest.

Red Stick Crossfit and Geaux Crossfit have great coaches. If you're looking for circuit classes, Orange Theory and Tread. All of these options are fairly expensive.
Fit365 on Drusilla is starting a program called Regymen, group oriented circuit classes. Not sure on price there.

I did a circuits class in college. I like dancing, and music. makes the hours go by faster.
Also, which gym has the young, hottest people? YMCA is a little too old for my tastes sometime
really or is this a joke

If you're truly looking for a workout plus self defense, BJJ. Best core workout you can do. There's some crossfit guys that workout at our GU gym too, say hands down way tougher workout than crossfit.

Yea it’s reality. I’d like to talk one on one because I’d like for you to come check out the gym I go to and talk about it.
